This summer, we will be offering a Creative Writing Teen Therapy Group for teenagers between the ages of 14-18. Here, teens can process their struggles and learn new ways to cope through difficult times or emotions.
Creative writing will take the form of journaling, poetry, song lyrics, short stories, and more!
This group is not currently enrolling
This is an open group, meaning you can come and go as you please without needing to commit to all sessions.
$35 per session attended.

Starting this summer, we will begin a teen therapy group focused on using Dungeons and Dragons as a treatment for mild to moderate anxiety in adolescents, ages 14 to 17. Through Dungeons and Dragons, teens will process their anxiety and learn new ways to cope/manage anxious thoughts. Topics that will be covered over the duration of our adventures include, but are not limited to: distress tolerance, emotional expression, self-advocacy, and ways to respond to criticism.
No prior Dungeons and Dragons experience is necessary!
