Coping Cat – Group is an 8 week group using a cognitive-behavioral approach designed to treat children ages 7–10 with anxiety, worry, and fear. It helps anxious children gain education, tools and support for mild to moderate anxiety.
Weekly Social Skills Group for children ages 6-9. Topics include: positive peer interactions, emotional regulation, social problem solving, and self esteem.
Weekly Social Skills group for children between the ages of 3-4 will promote positive peer engagement. Each session will highlight a social skill through use of songs, videos, books, and art.
Our series combines fun, gentle, and engaging mindful movement and yoga activities designed to support kid’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
This weekly group is for ages 8-12. Drop in for one group, or join use each week to explore emotions, experiences, and growth through fun creative art-based activities.
Through DnD, teens ages 14-17 will process their anxiety and learn new ways to cope/manage anxious thoughts. Topics that will be covered over the duration of our adventures include, but are not limited to: distress tolerance, emotional expression, self-advocacy, and ways to respond to criticism.
Creative Writing Therapy Group for teenagers between the ages of 14-18. Here, teens can process their struggles and learn new ways to cope through difficult times or emotions.
Creative writing will take the form of journaling, poetry, song lyrics, short stories, and more!
