Group Therapy

 Social Explorers helps children, especially those with autism or other neurodiversity, build confidence navigating everyday social situations. 

Utilizing LEGO® bricks and engaging activities, this program builds capacity in social communication and problem-solving in an inclusive, supportive, small group environment. 

Coping Cat – Group is an 8 week group using a cognitive-behavioral approach designed to treat children ages 7–10 with anxiety, worry, and fear.  It helps anxious children gain education, tools and support for mild to moderate anxiety.
