Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health

This workshop will help you:

• Normalize postpartum symptoms
• Develop a self care plan for you and your family 
• Help you to advocate for yourself and child
• Implement household management skills to prioritize and delegate tasks

While this workshop is not therapy, it is built to support all families and individuals who want help navigating the postpartum period.
