Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us on our contact page if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Your deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket each year before your insurance begins covering therapy services. Many deductibles reset on January 1.

A copay is a fixed amount you pay at each session (for example, $20 or $40), as determined by your insurance plan. Copays usually apply even after your deductible has been met.

Co-insurance is the percentage of the session cost you’re responsible for after meeting your deductible. For example, if your plan covers 80%, you would pay the remaining 20%.

Insurance plans vary. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your deductible, copay, and co-insurance amounts for the new year.

Our office is always happy to help explain your statement and discuss payment options.
