Madison is the founder and owner of Pittsburgh PCIT and Counseling, which was opened in October of 2019. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor within the state of Pennsylvania and has additionally met the certification requirements established by PCIT International to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and is a PCIT Within Agency Trainer. Recently, he completed the @play-included Brick-by-Brick® programme Certified Facilitator training and established the practice's first Brick Club (Lego Based Therapy Group). Madison also offers individual counseling and has experience working with a variety of concerns with individuals between the ages of 2-25.
He obtained his Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University and a Masters of Science degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Child and Family Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh.
Olivia Thompson, LCSW is an Outpatient Therapist, specializing in children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Throughout her employment experience, Olivia has worked with a variety of populations and diagnoses including anxiety and depression. Olivia has experience with Autism services, in-home services, schools, individual and family therapy, and groups. Olivia is passionate about providing transformational care and improving the lives of children, adults, and families through her work.
Olivia received her MSW at the University of Pittsburgh and her BA in International Studies from Washington and Jefferson College. Originally from West Virginia, she enjoys returning home to visit family and also taking long walks with her dog Andie.

Monica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering PCIT and traditional therapy. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University, where she studied PCIT as an undergraduate research assistant, gaining experience in the use of PCIT as an intervention for children who display problematic behaviors. Monica later attended the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh, obtaining her Masters of Social Work with a Mental Health Direct Practice certification in 2012. Her past experience includes providing community-based therapeutic interventions to individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness as well as experience with outpatient therapy in a private practice setting supporting those with anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief and loss. Depending on the individual's personalized needs, Monica may incorporate several different treatment modalities into the therapeutic process, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused treatment. Monica is also skilled at utilizing risk assessments and emphasizing harm reduction.

Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor she is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Certified Autism Specialist. She provided PCIT and specializes in child and adolescent counseling.

Theresa is a fifth-year Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) student at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Creative Writing at Allegheny College. Theresa received a Master’s of Arts in Applied Clinical Psychology at Penn State Behrend in Erie, PA. She has a certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and is a Certified PCIT Therapist by PCIT International. Theresa has over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in school-based, in-home, and community settings. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with behavioral disorders and anxiety. Theresa strives to make her clients feel supported, valued, and empowered. She pulls from the feminist therapeutic orientation and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Theresa also has experience researching gender roles, sexual trauma, and creative writing as a form of coping.

These skills naturally inform her clinical work and her commitment to fostering a safe, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic environment.
Roya is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University and completing her clinical training at Pittsburgh PCIT and Counseling. She is especially interested in working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults (ages 18-29). She brings a trauma-informed awareness to her practice, helping clients navigate transitions, develop coping skills to manage depression and anxiety, deepen understanding of self, and celebrate successes.
Roya approaches each client with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to tailoring treatment to their individual goals. She intends to walk alongside clients with the same care, clarity, and encouragement that has defined her leadership style.
Roya is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Master of Arts Management and received a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Ball State University. Outside of work and school, Roya enjoys art of all kinds, spending time with her spoiled dog and cats, and traveling as often as possible.
